By putting service and education first, he has been blessed to support clients in over 600 home purchases and sales. This puts him in the top 1% of all agents in the United States.

Mike, born in Minnesota and raised in Texas, graduated from the US Naval Academy where he started as a linebacker on the football team. After graduation, Mike was commissioned as an Officer in the Marine Corps. After five years' service and multiple combat tours, he was awarded the Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal. His service continues today with many communities and charitable outreach programs.

He is actively involved in the Fallbrook and Bonsall community and the Chiesl & Marelly team by keeping up on the latest technology and marketing strategies.

Daniel was blessed to grow up in a military family with military values. Daniel understood from a young age the importance of hard work, and commitment to something bigger than himself. After his father's military service, he went into Real Estate, where he spent 35 years as an executive, eventually at Coldwell Banker. In his early career, Daniel launched or ran large consumer brands, and became the founder of national brokerage Sentry Residential. By partnering with Mike Chiesl, Daniel has been able to put his enterperneuriship and innovation to serving the community.

As a San Diego Native, Amy has been serving the community for over 20 years as a Real Estate Agent. Amy specializes in coastal communities and luxury homes, all the way to first time home buyers. She treats every client with the same amount of hard work, communication, and the skills necessary to complete a transaction.

Amy loves to travel, hike, participate in marathons, and is a huge fan of french bulldogs! She brings a unique and key role to our team that ensures our clients are always taken care of and are successful in finding their next home!

As a San Diego native, she has direct knowledge of many neighborhoods and keeps a watchful eye on emerging ones too. She is a U.C.S.D. graduate and at the ripe old age of 23 she opened her restaurant in downtown San Diego, where she served for 10 years.

She has been in the Real Estate industry for several years as a Realtor, managing large teams, and overseeing all transactions. Her sales experience shows in the knowledge of the industry. Meredith is organized and well versed in the real estate community, she is constantly updating our team on the newest regulations and transaction protocal to ensure we are always serving our clients in the highest and best way.

Kristen is a collaborative, hard working, team player with 9 years experience working in a highly professional sales and administrative role. Responsible for managing entire communities providing multiple product types, serving as the face of the company and liaison between clients. Kristen is repsonsible for ensuring our clients are constantly informed throughout each step of the transaction. As transaction coordinator she is communicating with all parties, escrow, and agents to ensure on time closings. Kristen models exceptional customer service and relationship building coupled with a dedicated work ethic and impeccable organization.
